Not exactly… the watch is not able to access the Google Play Store or any store directly.
However, we have developed our own application store for sharing content to the watch that is accessible through the SchokConnect app on the caregiver’s smartphone (both Android / iOS are supported). We call this digital store the VIP Zone. There you can choose watch faces, applications, games, ringtones, etc. that can be downloaded and pushed directly to the watch.
Yes, watch-to-watch and watch-to-phone video calls are also supported through our SchokConnect app.
Our CV16 was built with a future proof concept in mind, thus adopting the eSIM standard versus the legacy old physical sim (pSIM). Thanks to this, our CV16 is easier to setup, more compatible and more versatile than ever!

Yes! The fall detection feature will be triggered when the watch detects a fall which is more than three feet.
Detection of Fall: When the watch detects a fall, it will vibrate the watch to alert the user. The notification message will be displayed on the watch as “Fall detected! Respond to stop emergency call”. Tapping on the I’m Okay button will cancel the emergency alert.
No Response from User: If the user does not respond within a predefined time (i.e., 30 seconds), the watch will assume the user is helpless and initiate the emergency response.
Triggering Calls: The watch will initiate a call to the emergency contact numbers added to the watch. The watch will call the first emergency contact. If they do not answer, the next contact will be dialed. This will repeat until someone answers or all contacts are called. If the user disconnects a call form the watch, the next call will not be placed.
Fallback if No Contact Answers: If all emergency contacts fail to answer, the watch will continue to try the contacts at regular intervals or until the user cancels the alert.
